DevelopMore operates three interconnected programs designed to support young men at different stages of their development. Each program builds upon the last, creating a clear pathway from preparation to real-world experience to long-term support.
Develop Academy is our foundational program focused on life skills, personal development, and readiness. Young men build habits around accountability, communication, time management, and self-awareness while learning what it means to show up consistently.
This program prepares participants for more advanced opportunities by helping them develop the mindset and skills needed to succeed in structured environments.
The Ocean City Workforce Development Program is a summer-intensive experience where young men live and work in Ocean City, Maryland. Participants gain real-world work experience, earn income, and learn to work independently in a structured, supportive environment.
Young men work over 30 hours per week, live in shared housing, and participate in ongoing coaching and life skills programming throughout the summer.
The DevelopMore Alumni Network supports young men after they complete our programs. Alumni remain connected through mentorship, check-ins, resources, and opportunities for leadership and growth.
This network ensures that DevelopMore’s impact does not end when a program does; it continues as young men move into college, careers, and adulthood.
